Philadelphia's Long, Hot Summer

If you live or work in Philadelphia, you soon could be touched by tax increases, service cuts and a municipal workers strike.  The roots of this crisis are intertwined: A global recession. An unresolved state budget. Expiring union contracts for 20,000 city workers. And storm clouds over the city's pension fund.
